If you would like to help people affected by violence by becoming a hotline volunteer, you must complete 27 hours of state certified training through the Women's Rape Crisis Center.

If you would like to help prevent sexual violence through volunteering with education and outreach events, or working with donors, you must complete 20 hours of state certified training through the Women's Rape Crisis Center.

If the committment levels are too much at this point for you, you can still help out with Fundraising events, Mardi Gras, or one time event or help office help. Call our Volunteer Coordinator for more information at 864-0555.

The Women's Rape Crisis Center holds trainings twice a year. Our Fall training usually runs on the last week of September through the second week in October. Our Winter training usually runs during the first three weeks of February. Occasionally we hold a summer training if there is interest--usually the middle two weeks in June. These dates are estimates, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at tiffany@stoprapevermont.org to get the exact dates and times of our current training.
